Felix L. Touza, P.E. is the Principal of Touza Forensics, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of engineering experience to the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex building-system failures, construction disputes, and technical claims.

With extensive expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, energy systems, carbon monoxide safety, building codes, and construction-related matters, Mr. Touza provides independent engineering analysis designed to answer the critical questions at the center of a claim: What happened? Why did it happen? Who or what contributed to the failure?

His forensic work combines detailed technical investigation with practical engineering experience. Depending on the matter, his approach may include site inspections, review of drawings and specifications, evaluation of construction and maintenance records, code and standard analysis, system-performance assessment, and examination of other technical evidence.
